BIOGRAPHY
​
Louisa Pilbeam is a news presenter and correspondent with more than ten years of experience at the BBC, Sky, and ITV.
She currently presents and reports on the BBC News Channel, reports for BBC Breakfast, and the One, Six, and Ten O'Clock News.
Recent stories covered include the Israel-Gaza war, the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the death of
Queen Elizabeth II, the coronation of King Charles III, and the cost-of-living crisis across Europe.

Louisa has previously presented Sky News, where she was also a news correspondent and stories covered include the London terror attacks of 2017 and the Grenfell Tower fire.

Louisa presented and reported for ITV News, where she started in the Channel Islands and moved to national news at ITV. She won the Gold Award for Best News Feature at the ITV News Awards in 2016.

Louisa was chosen as one of only two annual candidates for the Daily Mirror journalism graduate scheme.

Louisa has a 2:1 in English and History from the University of Southampton.
